Frequently asked questions

What is pure-water window cleaning?

Pure-water cleaning uses deionized water fed through water-fed poles. The purified water has no minerals, so it lifts dirt and dries completely spot-free with no soap, squeegees, or streaks. It also reaches upper-story windows safely from the ground — no risky ladders.

Why is it spot-free and longer-lasting?

Ordinary tap water leaves mineral spots as it dries. Deionized water has those minerals removed, so glass dries clear. Because no soapy residue is left behind to attract dirt, the windows also stay cleaner longer than a traditional soap-and-squeegee clean.

What areas do you serve?

Peak View serves Provo and Utah County, Utah — including Orem, Lehi, American Fork, Pleasant Grove, Springville, Spanish Fork, Saratoga Springs, Lindon, Vineyard, Mapleton, and Payson.

How do quotes work?

Quotes are free and no-obligation. Reach out with your home or business details and we'll give you a clear, up-front price before any work begins.

How often should windows be cleaned?

Most homes look their best with a cleaning two to four times a year; storefronts and commercial glass are often cleaned monthly. We can set up a maintenance schedule that fits your property.
